Connector assembly kit

All necessary parts including special tools are provided for installing the plug.
The plug is a spare part and can be mounted on any charging cable.
It is a Type 2 connector (female) with crimp contacts.
You can carry out the assembly work using the special tools provided.
The plug can be coded to 32A or 16A as required by using the enclosed resistors between the auxiliary contact PP and the protective conductor PE (220 Ohm for 32A / 680 Ohm for 16A).
Please return the tool after assembly

The plug has integrated silicone inserts in the handle area, which ensure a secure hold and optimal ergonomics .
The built-in impact protection prevents damage to the connector in the event of a fall.
The connector housing is made of a pressure- and impact-resistant ABS sheath and can withstand loads of over 2000kg.
Special spring clips in the high-performance contacts allow for smoother plugging and unplugging.
The high-performance contacts are silver-plated and have a low resistance of <0.5µ Ohm for optimal power transfer and longevity.
IP55 High Protection Rating: Excellent moisture protection and protection against water jets from any angle. Suitable for outdoor use.
The protective caps are made of soft silicone, which makes them easy to slide on and off.
They protect the silver-plated high-performance contacts from dust, dirt, and moisture. Comparable plugs usually use hard plastic caps.
For optimal handling, the retaining strap of the protective caps has been attached to the front part of the plug.
Comparable plugs use loops that are attached to the end of the cable and slide down the cable.
