Vorteile eines Spiralladekabels:

Nachteile eines Spiralladekabels:
- Begrenzte Reichweite: Aufgrund der Spiralform ist die nutzbare Länge kürzer als bei einem geraden Kabel gleicher Gesamtlänge. Das kann problematisch sein, wenn die Ladestation weiter entfernt ist.
- Handhabung : Ein Spiralladekabel ist ideal, wenn sich die Wallbox und die Ladebuchse auf derselben Seite des Fahrzeugs befinden. Liegen sie jedoch auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten und das Kabel muss um das Fahrzeug herumgeführt werden, kann das Anschließen an Fahrzeug oder Wallbox aufgrund der Spannkraft der Spirale weniger komfortabel sein.
Zusammengefasst sind Spiralladekabel ideal, wenn der Platz begrenzt ist und man Ordnung schätzt, während gerade Kabel sich besser für weitere Entfernungen eignen.
